Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Employee Benefits Producer. This individual will play a key role in expanding our benefits portfolio by cultivating new client relationships and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in benefits consulting, a proactive approach to business development, and a personal book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage prospective clients in need of employee benefits solutions.
Convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.
Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, regulatory changes, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and client outreach.
Manage renewals, vendor coordination, and implementation of benefit plans.
Stay informed on industry developments, compliance standards, and competitive offerings.
Cross-sell complementary products and services to enhance client value.
Qualifications:
37 years of experience in employee benefits sales, consulting, or account management.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and support.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
