What You'll Do: Triage, diagnose, and treat emergency and urgent care cases with compassion and precision. Collaborate with our ICU and surgical teams for seamless patient care. Communicate clearly and supportively with pet parents through high-stress situations. Contribute to a positive, drama-free, team-first culture that values support and accountability. What You Bring: DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university. Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New Jersey. Experience in emergency medicine preferred, but strong interest and aptitude welcomed. Ability to work evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule. A calm, confident, team-oriented approach to high-pressure situations.
