Key Responsibilities Serve as the sole maintenance technician for all plant equipment and facilities Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (filters, lubrication, greasing) using calendar-based planning Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems (including welding as needed) Maintain and repair presses, lasers, motors, drives, and auxiliary machinery using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills Conduct general facility upkeep—indoor/outdoor building maintenance and basic plumbing repairs Respond to off-hour service calls/texts as needed
