What You’ll Do

• Accurately process and package customer orders across multiple e-commerce platforms.

• Prepare shipping labels using tools like ShipStation or Amazon SellerCentral.

• Handle order-related inquiries and resolve delivery issues with care and professionalism.

• Manage order processing for Amazon (orders, returns, inventory) and other platforms.

• Perform warehouse tasks, including packing diverse product sizes and keeping the space clean and organized.

• Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow and high efficiency.

Who You Are

• Experienced in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail logistics (preferred at least one year).

• Tech-savvy, confident navigating ShipStation, Netsuite, Amazon SellerCentral, or similar shipping and e-commerce systems.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

• Collaborative, able to take direction, build rapport, and work cohesively with team members.

• Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs routinely.

• Quick to adapt, open to learning new software or cloud-based systems.
