Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in grades K12 during the 20262027 school year in Portland, OR. This contract position focuses on pediatric populations within school settings, addressing a wide range of speech and language needs from early childhood through elementary school.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders in children
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitoring and documenting student performance and adjusting therapy as needed
  • Providing services to students with varying caseloads, from moderate to profound needs

Preferred qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with pediatric clients in school settings
  • Competence in Early Childhood and Elementary School speech therapy practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and educational teams
  • Flexibility to manage caseloads based on experience and candidate preferences
