Monarch Investment is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Tech to split their time between two great communities: Ponderosa and Eastgate Apartments.

Position Details:

Role: Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

On-Call: 1 week every 3 weeks

Pay: $18 $22/hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

• Ponderosa 5900 E Mainsgate Rd, Wichita, KS
• Eastgate 632 S Eastern St, Wichita, KS

What You'll Be Doing:

Handle daily work orders based on priority Make-Readies & Unit Turns Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining HVAC & Ventilation Tasks Grounds Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Keep work areas neat and organized Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation

What You'll Need:

1+ years of general maintenance experience HVAC Certification (Preferred) EPA License (Preferred) CPO Certification (Preferred) Skilled in:

• Drywall, Carpentry, Painting
• Plumbing (copper pipe, etc.)
• Electrical (outlets, switches, lighting)
• Appliance Repair (fridge, stove, disposal, dishwasher)
• Water Heater (gas & electric)

A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
