Pay: $25/hr (W2) | Equipment and mileage reimbursement provided
Location: Multiple openings across Kentucky (Hybrid Field + Remote)
About the Role
We’re hiring Drug & Supplement Retail Inspectors to support a large-scale public health initiative focused on consumer safety and product compliance. This position is ideal for recent college graduates or early-career professionals with a background in biology, chemistry, environmental science, or public health who are eager to gain experience in regulatory work, inspections, and compliance .
Comprehensive training is provided , making this a great first step for science graduates who want to build a long-term career in public health, environmental safety, or quality assurance .
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field inspections of retail establishments selling dietary supplements and related consumer products.
Review product labels and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for compliance with regulations.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Communicate with business owners to promote compliance and public safety.
Participate in inspection and compliance training programs.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Public Health , or a related science field (24+ semester hours in science).
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel daily within assigned territory.
Preferred:
Exposure to food safety, quality assurance, or compliance through coursework, internships, or early work experience.
Interest in long-term career development in public health or regulatory inspection .

Schedule & Work Environment
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week).
