POSITION SUMMARY: The Dishwasher/Prep Cook maintains cleanliness in the Event Kitchen.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect used kitchenware from Event Kitchen areas Load and unload dishwashing machines Washes specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots) Stores clean dishes and equipment properly Sets up workstations before cooking prep begins Ensures there are always enough clean dishes, especially during peak hours Maintains cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and places orders when necessary Checks washing machines' operation and promptly reports any technical/performance issues Removes garbage regularly Sanitizes the baking area, including the floor Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Valid US Driver's License SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Wednesday through Sunday PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
