*Summary*

We are seeking a Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team at Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals using fresh ingredients from our orchard, contributing to our mission of promoting healthy eating in a vibrant environment.

With mostly day time hours this job offers great work life balance for experienced candidates.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare raw items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. * Receive orders, put away and organize food storage areas. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Clean and sanitize dishes and cooking equipment. * Assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as a Prep Cook/ Dishwasher or in a similar role within the restaurant or food industry. * Strong sense of organization and personal responsibility for a clean work space. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients. * Motivated self-starter with excellent time management * Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
