About the Role:
As a Dishwasher / Porter, you play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly.
You’ll ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and workspaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This position is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.   What You’ll Do:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage areas, trash rooms, and employee restrooms Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper locations Remove trash and recyclables, and clean garbage bins regularly Sweep and mop floors throughout the kitchen and dish areas Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing dry and cold storage Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment Support chefs and kitchen team with general cleaning and porter duties as needed   Ideal Candidate: Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support the team Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Powered by JazzHR
