Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar offers its employees: Competitive Wages/Pay Flexible Schedule with Plenty of Hours Health Benefits Advancement Opportunities Rafferty's Restaurant & Bar wants you to be a part of the team, if You possess a: PROFESSIONAL and HARD-WORKING approach to your Job RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to Work Desire to be a member of an ESTABLISHED and REPUTABLE CONCEPT Detailed Job Description: Dishwashers Maintain a Guest focus AND a positive attitude Communicates clearly Knowledge of basic dish machine operations Assumes 100% responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware tableware, pans, utensils, etc. Lift, place, and then remove loaded racks of dishes, glassware, etc., into and from dish machine Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle Clean floors at end of night Comply with all company guidelines regarding Food Safety and Personal Safety Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation to include tables, shelves, floors, equipment, etc. Completes required tasks within assigned time frames Assists in other areas of facility performing maintenance, cleanliness, etc. as assigned Follows all Opening/Closing procedures for dish area as assigned Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
