Responsibilities

Ensure the cleanliness and sanitization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and maintain its proper functioning Support the kitchen team by organizing and restocking clean dishes, glassware, and silverware Maintain a clean and organized work area, collaborating with fellow team members Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines for proper handling and disposal of waste Assist in maintaining smooth kitchen operations by working closely with the culinary staff

Qualifications

Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred High school diploma (or equivalent) encouraged Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile, yet small space environment Able to stand, kneel, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to withstand temperatures up to 105 degrees Who We Are: Velocity Wings is a champion of the communities it serves, providing delicious, fresh food and affordable family fun since its inception in 2013.
