Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient flow of dishes and utensils during busy periods.
  • Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
  • No previous experience is required; we provide on-the-job training!
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willing to stand on your feet for long periods
  • Must be willing to work in a hot and noisy environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy dish loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow proper sanitation protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
