In our high-paced restaurant, the Dishwasher is a vital member of the team and without a skilled individual; we would be unable to provide a safe environment and the service our customers expect. The dishwasher is responsible for kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and serving as a backup food runner. Clean dishes and the dish area. Learn to operate related machinery and uses chemicals appropriately. Be sure all items are properly clean before putting them into rotation. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms. Responsible for stocking the bus station. Clean up any spills throughout the restaurant. Empty all garbage as required and dispose of properly in garbage bin. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Adhere to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance. Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling.
