To wash and clean all cookware (pots and pans) from kitchen production areas in accordance to Omni standards. Responsibilities
• Cleans pots, pans and all other cookware, dishes, cups and utensils. • Keeps dishwashing area clean and organized. • Stores cleaned items in the proper location. • Keeps kitchen floor area clean and free of debris. • Completes other duties as assigned by Culinary Management. • Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using surnames when obtained. Create memorable, WOW experiences for each and every guest. Qualifications
• Minimum of one year culinary experience in a hotel or restaurant • Strong background in prep, hot line and cold line necessary. • Highly motivated self starter focused on quality, organization, cleanliness and teamwork. • The ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments. • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
