Job Title: Dishwasher / Prep Cook

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. In this dual role, you'll play a key part in keeping our kitchen clean and running smoothly, while also assisting with basic food prep tasks. Dishwasher Duties:

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including floors, equipment, and surfaces.

• Properly sort and stock clean dishes and kitchenware.

• Take out trash and recycling as needed.

Prep Cook Duties:

• Assist with food preparation including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling simple menu items.

• Label and store food properly according to health and safety guidelines.

• Follow recipes and instructions from chefs and kitchen leads.

• Maintain a clean and organized prep area.

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
