Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in Trumbull, United States. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring smooth operations in our fast-paced food service environment.

• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Ensure proper storage of clean items in designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Assist in keeping the kitchen and storage areas tidy and sanitary
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils
• Support the culinary team during busy periods as needed
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment

Starting Pay:$17.94/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen role is a plus
• Ability to operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively
• Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and kitchen safety standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
