SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a reliable, organized, and positive part-time dishwasher to join our hard-working weekend team in Worcester. We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team at a beautiful gem of a campus located just minutes from downtown Worcester. Must be able to work as a part of a team to manage a large work load in a short amount of time. Those who have previous dish-washing experience will be given preference, We are seeking someone who also has prior prep cook experience and needs little supervision to complete daily tasks such as filling ice and milk stations, Restocking juice machines, replenishing fruit baskets sweeping and mopping floors, Taking out trash and recycling. Must be able to fill out dish machine logs replenish dish machine chemicals and also be able to weigh and discard of food waste after being properly trained. Typical Shifts available: Sunday 10 am-7:15 pm Mon- Thursday 4:00pm- 7:45 pm Summer's are off! Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile! Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots. Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience. Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen. What you'll need:

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean. Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures. Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
