Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar Dishwasher Position Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar is looking for a part-time dishwasher responsible to assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area. No Experience Required Job Essentials Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass and silver, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation Assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using the correct cleaning and rinsing solutions Safely set-up, clean, and utilize the machinery Be responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation Maintain clean and organized work areas in the kitchen and service side stations to maximize efficiency Follow proper safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris, or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently, and effectively Job Qualifications Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up Ability to read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with co-workers and guests Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis; Able to work varied shifts, including weekday, evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods of time, move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds. ***Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
