Make a Difference: Your contributions directly impact the dining experience of our guests. What You'll Do: Dishwashing Dynamo: Master the art of washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, silverware, and cooking equipment – both by hand and using our dish machine. Keep our kitchen sparkling!
Stocking Superstar: Assist in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products, keeping everything organized and fresh.
Culinary Apprentice: Help with basic food preparation tasks as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager. This is a great opportunity to expand your culinary skills!
Cleanliness Champion: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including emptying trash, storing dishes properly, and cleaning storage areas, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
Floor Master: Keep our kitchen floors clean and safe by sweeping and mopping regularly.
Equipment Guardian: Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, ensuring everything runs smoothly. What You'll Need: A positive attitude and a strong work ethic!
A willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
A food handler's permit (or the ability to obtain one). The Environment:
