DISHWASHER-FT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes.

• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.

• Maintains clean wash water at all times.

• Stocks and uses all cleaning supplies as needed and intended.

• Maintains clean and dry floors, including mat floors at all times.

• Maintains trash cans throughout shifts and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end

• Ensures that the rinse temperature of the dish machine is 1800F and the wash temperature is 1400F.

• Performs any and all other duties assigned

Requirements

Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Must be able to lift, carry and move up 35 lbs.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

• Must be insurable for automobile insurance with company's auto insurance carrier.

• Must be able to maintain good relations with employees and supervisors.
