Hillstone Cafe in Mansfield, TX is looking for dishwashers to join our team. We are located on 990 Hwy. 287 N.. Our ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils using dishwashers or by hand.
• Organization: Sort and stack clean dishes, carry them to proper storage areas, and ensure they are ready for use.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Trash Removal: Remove trash and garbage to dumpster areas and ensure cleanliness of garbage containers.
• Assistance: Assist with kitchen prep work and other duties as needed to support kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in a dishwasher or kitchen helper role is preferred but not required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Compliance: Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a dishwasher
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
