Our services drive efficiency and value and enable customers to solve business problems end to end.As a member of the Core Accounts Services Business Development team, you will be at the frontline of generating excitement and demand for Retail, Travel, or Restaurant clients. We value individuals with consultative sales experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort navigating complex sales processes, and the ability to form and manage lasting client relationships.As Senior Managing Consultant, you will drive Mastercard’s Services portfolio growth. You will manage strategic client relationships, initiate contact with potential new customers to generate and qualify leads, and promote Mastercard’s Services products to drive sales across our solutions set: Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Business & Market Intelligence, Open Finance and Security Solutions.ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong client relationships, drive revenue growth and expand buying centers.Initiate contact with new prospects to generate and qualify leads with confidence.Uncover customer needs beyond explicit requests and craft innovative strategies.Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring efficient cycles and urgency.Achieve sales targets and revenue goals with consistent performance.Lead formal and informal pitches, from storytelling to presentations tailored to the audience.Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement scope aligned with objectives.Support project and customer success teams in problem-solving and planning.Create and deliver concise presentations with key insights and recommendations.Coach and develop team members; contribute to intellectual capital.Proactively seek new knowledge and skills to enhance the organization.RequirementsProven excellence in a B2B sales role with experience in Retail, Restaurant or Travel sectors (enterprise and mid-market).Expertise selling services and insights across industries; ability to bring key contacts, drive new relationships, and manage end-to-end sales.Self-starter with a track record in a team-oriented environment.B2B sales experience in data/analytics/insights, loyalty or professional services is preferred.Experience selling solutions to c-level clients; strong relationship management and communication skills.Experience managing projects and teams; technical fluency and ability to discuss industry trends.Ability to influence stakeholders across markets and divisions; high energy and initiative.Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, Systems Engineering or related field; MBA or related post-graduate degree preferred.Compensation and BenefitsNational Salary Range: $164,000-$262,000.
