Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to join our growing team in the frozen food industry. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, North America Retail , this individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail and private label business across North America. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with deep industry relationships, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of delivering strategic growth in the frozen food sector. Responsibilities: Grow Sales & Distribution of One Frozen Portfolio of products with current and new retail partners & customers, in private label/owned brand frozen sector (vegetables, fruit, snacks, pizza, appetizers, value added & innovation). Manage business forecast and planning, working with Demand Planning, Finance and Customer collaboration to ensure proper forecasting and commentary to changes. Lead Long Range Planning with the customer working cross functionally to strategize 1-3yr growth plans Play an integral role in working with Key National and Regional Retail Accounts and One Frozen’s cross-functional teams to build a sustainable growth plan through assortment development and promotional management Communicate in a timely fashion both written and verbally with customer and internal stakeholders, ensuring that both good news and bad news is shared with equal level of detail Maintain customer relationships at multiple levels while also building strong internal cross-functional relationships to achieve agreed upon distribution and sales goals Assist Vice President of Sales in annual negotiation process, RFP & Tender process’ to build a Joint Business Plan meeting both customer and internal KPI’s. Schedule and conduct Monthly, quarterly or annual business reviews with the customer and internal stakeholders. Ensure agreed upon sales volume and profit goals are achieved; make suggestions that enhance the organization's financial position; spending within guardrails Lead business planning efforts through frequent connectivity and alignment with the Sales Planning team, ensuring trade and volume is properly planned for and secured Lead the negotiation process for all new assortment and promotional opportunities and engage appropriate support with Commercialization Manager and Sales Analyst, when help is needed. Requirements: 8+ years of sales experience within CPG industry, working with National Retail Chains (Grocery, Supermarket, Club, Wholesale). Preferred – experience working in Frozen category. Private Label. 2+ years of experience using SAP system(s) Ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights. This position requires extensive use of computer equipment. Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft business software to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and PowerBi. Requires valid driver’s license and passport, as international travel will be required on occasion. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a focus in business or food science, preferred.
