Overview Director of Retail Food Service Operations – Charlottesville, VA Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities Operate the department in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent. Maintain excellent relationships with patients, guests, clients, and other hospital departments. Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team. Provide day-to-day operation oversight of the region’s boutique gift stores and direction, strategy, and execution to grow the current P&L retail revenue for the region. Build upon the Branches retail brand, maximize revenue and profits, grow the business, manage client and customer satisfaction, and foster associate loyalty related to retail operations. Drive and support sector initiatives as directed; perform other duties or projects as assigned.
