This role provides guidance and leadership to the Rooms and Food and Beverage Divisions, ensuring consistent compliance with hotel policies and quality guest service while maximizing departmental profits. The Director indirectly supervises the entire hotel, develops policies, and plans for all programs.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the hotel's daily quality processes, including goal communication, associate development, compliance with Crescent standards, service recovery, and problem resolution. Use guest feedback to improve service.
Hire, train, evaluate performance, and address employee issues within the Rooms and Food & Beverage Departments.
Communicate clearly with staff, assign duties, and monitor performance. Adjust staffing based on occupancy and control costs and inventory.
Handle guest complaints effectively, conduct research, negotiate solutions, and document correspondence. Remain calm during emergencies and heavy hotel activity.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, training, motivation, and staffing for all relevant departments.
Prepare and review financial results, monitor security logs, and enforce policies in collaboration with department heads.
Work with the General Manager to establish operational policies and ensure profitability and consistency.
Participate in various meetings such as staff, departmental, executive, and quality team meetings.
Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
