Duties: Builds and manages a high-performing team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining and supporting business systems. Leads team who are responsible for developing technology solutions (hardware and software) and related system applications for the firm. Directs team in the operation, maintenance, and procedures of the Firm's financial systems. Develops and executes IT strategies that align with the Firm's financial goals and objectives. Selects, implements, and integrates business software systems, including accounting, budgeting, risk & compliance and financial reporting systems. Ensures seamless integration of financial systems with other IT infrastructure. Ensures business systems are secure and compliant with industry regulations and standards. Manages the IT budget for financial systems, including cost control and resource allocation to optimize financial efficiency. Negotiates contracts, manages vendor relationships, and evaluates service levels. Identifies and mitigates potential risks associated with financial systems, such as data breaches, system failures, or security vulnerabilities. Develops and implement risk management strategies. Manages team who are designing and modifying the firm's various technological systems, including specifying logical and mathematical operations. Supervises team who are designing files, input documents, reports, screens and user procedures, creating test data and test programs and identifying and correcting system defects (debugging) and preparing related system documentation, conducting studies, investigations and systems and equipment evaluations. Directs team who are coordinating with relevant departments and office locations on the training and testing on existing and upgraded systems, in all relevant departments within the firm and office locations as well as provides technology and process support to various groups. Leads team in identifying program interactions and interfaces with affected components and subsystems and analyzing the law firm's financial system requirements and problems. Manages team who are responsible for the firm's related business processes, procedures, problems and information requirements to refine data for conversion purposes and writing or reviewing system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts, as well as recommending and implementing equipment changes, in order to make the firm's business operations more effective and efficient.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology, computer science, finance, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus three years' experience as a Financial Systems Consultant, or related occupation maintaining and supporting financial operations and systems, developing technology solutions (hardware and software) and related system applications within a law firm. Or, alternatively, willing to accept no degree and 7 years' experience as a Financial Systems Consultant, or related occupation maintaining and supporting financial operations and systems, developing technology solutions (hardware and software) and related system applications within a law firm. Must have 3 years' experience with the following: Maintaining and supporting financial systems within a law firm; Developing technology solutions (hardware and software) and related system applications within a law firm; Designing and modifying a law firm's various technological systems, including specifying logical and mathematical operations; Designing files, input documents, reports, screens and user procedures, creating test data and test programs and identifying and correcting system defects (debugging) and preparing related system documentation, conducting studies, investigations and systems and equipment evaluations; Coordinating with all relevant departments and office locations relating to training and testing on existing and upgraded systems, as well as providing technology and process support to various groups; Identifying program interactions and interfaces with affected components and subsystems and analyzing financial system requirements and problems; Responsible for business processes, procedures, problems and information requirements to refine data for conversion purposes and writing or reviewing system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts, as well as recommending and implementing equipment changes, in order to make business operations more effective and efficient; and Troubleshooting and reengineering business processes to improve value and increase efficiency. Remote work allowed 2 days per week.
