Native Fields is a farmer’s market–driven restaurant and natural wine bar in Walnut, CA. We’re looking for an experienced Dinner Server who is passionate about hospitality, skilled in customer engagement, and has knowledge of wine and cocktail service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Guide guests through our seasonal menu and natural wine program.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and assist with wine pairings.
• Build genuine connections with guests to create memorable dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years serving experience in a full-service or fine dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine and cocktail preparation.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy dinner service.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
