We are hiring a In-Room Dining Server!

As an In-Room Dining Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You'll deliver meals with professionalism and warmth, using formal greetings, explaining the dishes, and offering helpful information to enhance each guest's stay. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential. You'll also be expected to follow all hotel safety and security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
  • Assist in other food service areas as needed, including the main dining room, bistro, or outlets.
  • Ensure all necessary utensils, dishware, and condiments are included with each order.
  • Provide cheerful, knowledgeable service, explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, plate presentation standards, and temperature controls.

Essential Functions:

  • Remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events.
  • Solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor F&B operations and assist management in identifying and resolving guest concerns.
  • Follow Concord and brand policies, including safety and security protocols.
  • Keep workspaces clean and organized.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist in various kitchen and service tasks as needed.
