Key Responsibilities Craft consistently balanced and well-garnished cocktails to Cecilia and Amaro's Table standards Develop and execute cost-conscious cocktail specials and seasonal menus Maintain expert knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and backbar-especially amari Provide thoughtful recommendations to guests and team members alike Accurately ring in and track all beverages before service; every drink must have a ticket Build rapport with guests and recognize regulars by name Deliver food and drinks in a timely, professional manner Monitor alcohol consumption and discreetly manage over-service if needed Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive bar and prep area Record comps, spills, and log notes daily for MOD review Support with restocking, inventory rotation, and bar maintenance Follow all steps of service as outlined in the Server Guidelines Communicate any *86s, equipment issues, or tap changes to management Complete additional tasks or directives from management as needed Why Work With Us Part-time and full-time roles available with flexible scheduling Closed on major holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day Healthcare, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees (30+ hours/week) Eligible after 60 days of employment.
