What You'll Do:
* Work as a resident-driven Dining Room Leader * Support the dining team and assist with the development of open, close and serving duties * Supervise the dining team and guide them in a direction of positive growth and development * Speak with residents at meal service and handle their feedback by offering effective solutions to any issue that may arise.
What You'll Need:
* Must be 18 years or older * High school diploma or GED * Ability to read and write and communicate effectively * Previous food service experience is preferred
