Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to support our growing dental team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families who need it most.
As part of our integrated health care model, you’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where your skills and compassion truly matter.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist dentists during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op instructions
- Maintain clean, organized clinical spaces following infection control protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Dental Assistant license or eligibility (state-specific requirements)
- X-ray certification (if applicable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual ability is a plus
