Dental Assistant - Lakewood Dental Clinic - Part-time

As a Dental Assistant I, you'll prep patients and rooms for treatment, assist during procedures, take x-rays, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work with patients of all ages, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

What You'll Do:

• Set up instruments, materials, and equipment for each procedure
• Assist the dentist or hygienist chairside
• Take digital x-rays following safety protocols
• Keep treatment areas clean and stocked
• Post charges, manage schedules, and handle lab prep
• Support infection control and safety standards

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good verbal communication skills
• BLS certification (maintained for employment)

Preferred:

• 1+ year chairside dentistry experience
• Dental Assistant training program graduate or 2+ years on-the-job training
