Full-Time Delivery/Logistics Supervisor

Currently seeking a Full-Time Delivery/Logistics Supervisor to help support our closed door pharmacy team with professionalism & a passion for customer service. Scan and tote medication in correct bins based off facility and route. Overlook each delivery route and ensure they are being coordinated in the most efficient manner. Track all Zyno Infusion pumps that come in and out of the pharmacy. Perform routine maintenance on Zyno pumps. Ship Zyno pumps off to distributor for preventative maintenance. Ensure that proper tubing is distributed with each Infusion delivery to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Manage driver schedules and timecards. Work alongside assistant manager and ensure all facility needs are being met. Accompany drivers in route to identify and remedy potential obstacles. Educate drivers on processes, policies, and changes. Assist in delivery of STAT orders. Fill in for drivers in emergency situations. Regulatory/Compliance: Remain and actively pursue current and changing requirements in Long Term Care pharmacy regulations and practice, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations Manager & Account Sales Representative to update processes to ensure positive facility relations. Ensuring best practice protocols are being used when delivering medications. Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the Long Term Care Delivery Team. Train and coach all new delivery drivers on expectations and responsibilities. Conduct performance evaluations with all direct reports Manage and approve employee timecards Customer Service: Provide problem resolution to customers with an attitude of service, and helpfulness. Consult with Operations Manager & Pharmacy Manager on all external customer service issues and resolutions. Ensure that all team members provide exceptional customer service to every facility they service. Requirements: Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Management/Supervisory Experience Preferred Logistics and delivery driving experience Preferred Experience with routing and tracking systems Preferred Knowledge of UPS, USPS and Courier Services Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
