Join the team that powers dealer success across North America. As a Retail Inventory Manager, you will lead innovation and efficiency in MOPAR’s aftermarket operations, supporting over 2,800 dealers with highly regarded inventory management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Dealer Advisors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting 2,800+ dealers.
Oversee operations of RIM applications including Automatic Replenishment Orders (ARO), Dealer to Dealer Sales (D2D), Material Return Authorization (MRA), and Parts Locator.
Collaborate with ICT to enhance RIM applications and resolve dealer issues.
Analyze data to track and improve Off-Shelf-Fill (OSF) and ARO compliance metrics.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Sales, ICT, and external partners.
Prepare and lead business reviews and team report-out meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in automotive supply chain management
Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, COGNOS, and mainframe systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with dealer networks and business centers
Ability to lead business reviews and drive independent workstreams
Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced and fluid environments
