1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 5AM-4PM
A Day In The Life
Choreograph efficiency: Work in tandem with production planning to synchronize merchandise processing and shipments, making sure all moves are in tune with established service agreement; Oversee unique projects and special requests, turning them into harmonious successes right within our distribution center.
Keep the rhythm just right: Manage labor levels to match production needs, creating a cost-effective, high-performing ensemble.
Lead with inspiration: Nurture, inspire, and guide your team to greatness. Anticipate challenges, celebrate wins, and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and individual growth.
Safety First: Champion safety initiatives, ensuring OSHA compliance and building a workplace that's prepared for anything.
You'll Come With
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or similarly related field) or a combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience in automated warehouse operations, with a proven track record of leadership and mastery in distribution.
Advanced proficiency with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) and modern technologies including RF Receiving, Pick-to-Light, and Put-to-Light systems.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset and precise execution.
Outstanding communicator, able to inspire, influence, and connect across all organizational levels.
Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, mentorship, and driving high performance.
Strong background in supply chain systems, distribution technology, and equipment.
