Overview Sr. Manager, Data Warehouse - W2 Role Responsibilities and qualifications describe leadership of the data warehousing function, alignment with enterprise strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized data warehouse solutions. Lead and manage a team of 12-16 data warehousing professionals within the Data Technology organization. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and technical oversight to the data warehousing team. Drive agile execution to ensure consistent delivery, transparency, and stakeholder engagement. Execute and align Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) technology strategy with overall enterprise and segment goals. Participate in strategic planning and demand management, including assessing project feasibility and effort estimation. Translate technical designs into physical data models that meet data governance, enterprise architecture, and business requirements. Manage and optimize data within the data warehouse for efficiency and performance. Collaborate with operational data, data acquisition teams, and downstream system users to support reporting and analytics needs. Support incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and business partners. Ensure adherence to data warehousing best practices, technical implementation standards, and business value delivery. Preferably experienced with cloud technologies (AWS, Snowflake), IBM DataStage, Python/PySpark, Erwin Data Modeler, Tableau, and data governance/quality management.
