Lead Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading player in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead, Warehouse Associate

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures.
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.

What's Needed?

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members.
