Accountabilities:

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption and retention.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
  • Act as the customer's advocate internally, collaborating with product and leadership teams to address feedback and improve offerings.
  • Use Salesforce and internal tools to manage customer relationships, track progress, and achieve service outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by actively engaging in activities, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
