Customer Service & Invoicing Specialist Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite) | Full-Time We’re looking for a Customer Service & Invoicing Specialist to support order processing, customer communication, and billing operations. This role is a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders, shipments, and invoices are handled accurately and on time. What You’ll Do Process and manage customer orders in ERP system Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and review invoices for accuracy Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and QA on order and delivery timelines Track shipments and resolve delivery or billing issues Maintain accurate customer records and documentation What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in customer service, billing, or order processing Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills ERP or invoicing system experience preferred
