Support customers and internal teams with account and service inquiries Analyze product/service details and resolve customer issues with sound judgment Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance Collaborate across teams and departments to solve more complex service challenges Mentor and guide less experienced team members What You'll Bring: Active Series 7 & 63 OR Series 7 & 66 licenses (required) 1-3 years of experience in financial services, customer service, or operations U.S. citizenship or permanent residency Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others
