Customer Service & Shared Services Administrator

Raindrop Car Wash is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Customer Service & Shared Services Administrator. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to customers who need support with their accounts, ensuring every member receives excellent service and timely solutions. In addition, this role will provide general administrative support that will vary from week to week, offering the opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple areas of the business, to include Marketing, IT, HR, Training and Operations.

Primary Responsibilities Customer Service:

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding membership issues, billing, and account support
  • Handle inbound calls as needed with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solutions-oriented communication to resolve customer concerns
  • Record and track customer interactions and feedback in company systems
  • Escalate issues to management when appropriate
  • Manage customer inquiries through multiple channels of communication (i.e. ticket software, company email account and site chats)

Secondary Responsibilities - Administrative Support (Varies Weekly):

  • Facilitating the hiring and onboarding of new hires
  • Coordinating logistics for company-wide events
  • Troubleshooting issues within the company's CRM software
  • Assisting with fundraising activities for partnering organizations
  • Assisting IT with setting up internal access for employees

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of customer service and a high comfort level speaking on the phone
  • Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills required (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, and social media tools preferred
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
