As a Customer Service & Sales Trainee, your duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers when they reach out in person and guiding them through their needs.
Understanding customer problems thoroughly and offering accurate, helpful, and effective solutions related to our client’s products and services.
Identifying opportunities to introduce and sell relevant telecom products and services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and value.
Fostering trust and loyalty with customers through positive interactions, attentive service, and follow-up, aiming for long-term satisfaction.
Adapting communication styles to suit different customer personalities, backgrounds, and technical understanding, ensuring clear and respectful interactions.
