Essential Functions of the Customer Service Sales Representative
Engage potential customers at their residences, initiating friendly, informative discussions about their telecom needs.
Assess individual needs and present tailored phone solutions that enhance their connectivity experience.
Stay informed on AT&T’s latest products, bundles, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate, compelling recommendations.
Guide customers through every step of the sales process, from qualification and product demos to contract explanations and closing deals.
Handle objections professionally, addressing concerns with clear, persuasive solutions that highlight the benefits of AT&T services.
Strive to exceed sales quotas and key performance metrics, actively contributing to the success of the AT&T D2D campaign.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions within the CRM system for tracking and optimization.
Represent Sapphire Marketing and AT&T with professionalism and integrity, building trust and credibility within the community.
Strategically plan and optimize assigned sales routes to maximize outreach, efficiency, and conversion opportunities.
Stay proactive in learning industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer preferences to refine sales techniques.
