YOUR MISSION Deliver exceptional customer experiences within our store while embodying PUMA's Brand Values and service standards. Utilize excellent customer service skills to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives. Handle sales transactions quickly and accurately at checkout. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adheres to all visual merchandising guidelines. Manage the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise with diligence. Follow all Policies & Procedures along with operational core competencies and key accountabilities effectively. Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment. Be prepared to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays, with potential overtime. YOUR TALENT 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer-oriented retail environment, preferably in apparel or footwear. A collaborative team player who thrives in a vibrant environment. Strong communication skills that enhance customer interactions. A quick learner with a passion for retail. Basic computer skills with familiarity in MS Office programs.
