Strong Customer Service skills/experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to be objective and have great problem-solving skills Must be able to multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Must be a self-starter and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability Experience selling traveler's insurance a plus!
