Air Now is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
Scheduling service and routine maintenance appointments
Maintaining & updating customer records based on interactions
Processing invoice payments
Providing information about products and services
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
Developing & maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
Participating in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software required to fulfill this position
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
$25.00 Per Hour
Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required
Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The physical requirements of this job include:
Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
