Ventura, CA | $22+/hr | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established service provider in Ventura County to find a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team with long-term potential and strong benefits upon hire.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions and service bookings
  • Coordinate, dispatch, and debrief field technicians
  • Order parts and support daily operations
  • Maintain organized and accurate office records

What We're Looking For

  • Customer service or dispatching experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Comfortable with data entry and computer systems
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Schedule

  • Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional weekend work
