Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our dealer and consumer network. The CSR will act as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, service requests, and order management, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about products, orders, and warranties Assist customers with troubleshooting and product use guidance, escalating technical issues when necessary Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently within the ERP system Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with logistics and technical support teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction Support the sales team with product knowledge, order coordination, and dealer communication Stay informed about ILVE’s product offerings and industry trends to provide updated information to customers Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes and documentation
Qualifications 3–5 years of customer service experience, ideally in the appliance, luxury goods, or home products industry Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience a plus) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong customer-first approach
