Customer Service Representative

** We are seeking a customer service representative to join our front office team! You will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information over the phone. Office hours range from 7am to 4pm Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email Provide information about our products shown in our catalog and website Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services Assisting customers with placing orders over the phone Completing daily office duties including (but not limited to) filing, creating new customer files, purging files
Previous experience in customer service is preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Ability to work in a team environment Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ** On-the-job training and skills development Competitive wages Working in a team environment Opportunity of working additional hours if needed Formal Fashions, Inc. is a family owned company who manufactures formalwear for schools, universities, churches, and community groups across the USA and internationally.
